How will my chocolate be delivered?

Your chocolate will be delivered next day delivery by Royal Mail. We endeavour to use letterbox friendly boxes, however, we can not guarantee that larger orders will fit into these boxes!

When will my chocolate be delivered?

To try & prevent your chocolate sitting in a sorting office with its fluctuating conditions, we will send out all orders via Royal Mail next day delivery by 2pm Mondays-Thursdays. Any orders received Friday, Saturday or Sunday will be sent out on Monday. In extreme weather, chocolate deliveries will be delayed until conditions are more clement. You will be advised by email if your delivery is delayed.

How do I get my chocolate in hot weather?

In order to get your chocolates to you in the best condition possible, we will not send out orders during extreme weather conditions. If your order is delayed, you will be advised by email when to expect your delivery.

How do I know when my order is sent?

You will be advised by email that we are on route to the post office to send your order to you.

Can I Cancel my order?

All orders can be cancelled until the point you have received the email informing you your order is being dispatched. To cancel, email us at: hello@harrysemporium.co.uk. So we can refund your money quickly, please include CANCEL & your order number in the subject line, and your full name and address in the body of your email. So we can continue to improve our service, we would also appreciate if you could let us know why you are canceling your order.

What if I am not happy with my order?

If at any time you are not happy with the service or the products you have received please let us know immediately and we will do our best to put it right. Please note we cannot accept returns of perishable or edible goods.

Can I send parts of my order to different addresses?

Unfortunately we are unable to offer this option at present. If you would like to ship to two different addresses please make two separate orders.

I have moved. How can I change my address for my subscription box?

If you wish to change the delivery address, just email us on: hello@harrysemporium.co.uk. Please include your full name and delivery address in your email. If possible, also include your order number.
