As the Ecuador beans are soft and gentle we can push the strength up to 83%. The careful roasting and the long conching process drive off bitterness and leave a strong chocolate; delicious with a coffee or a brandy.

Fine chocolate made from floral "Nacional" beans from the Camino Verde project. Duffy roasts them and Stone-grind for 60 hours in small batches. It tastes like a 70% chocolate!


Single origin cocoa beans, organic cane sugar, organic cocoa butter and sunflower lecithin. No nuts, gluten, soya or dairy ingredients are used in this bar
